A wards Banquet in South Africa.
27 August 2013
Dear Ms Mabuza-Suttle
Re: BUSINESSWOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD GALA DINNER
I am writing to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule
to be our Special Guest Speaker at our Businesswoman of the
Year Awards, held on Thursday, 22 August at Vodaworld, Midrand.
As you know, this prestigious event is the highlight
of the Businesswomen's Association calendar each year
and we are honoured that someone of your caliber has
participated in one of the most important parts of
the entire event. We also consider you to be part
of the alumni as previous nominee; it is always precious
when previous achievers and winner come full circle
with the organization.
As the Association's flagship event, the Businesswoman
of the Year Awards does not only raise the bar for
business leadership, but also raise important funds
for the BWA's Bursary Programme. These bursaries are
awarded to women enrolled for postgraduate studies
across the country.
As an important annual celebration of women's business
leadership the event brings together business people
from all industries and across all sectors, joining
together to recognize and celebrate the important
role played by women in the economy. I also cherish
the conversation that we had consequently about future
engagements with you. These must be actioned.
Thank you once more. We look forward to hosting you in the future.
Yours sincerely,
Liepollo Lebohang Pheko
BWASA President
